Refund Policy

Kadiddlehopper Services, LLC — REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that the Customer needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to Kadiddlehopper Services, LLC is required.

Notice may be given by email, SMS (text) or phone.

Should the Customer fail to give twenty-four (24) hours’ notice on more than one (1) occasion, the Customer must pay 50% for the cancelled cleaning first offence and 100% of the fee for cancelled cleanings thereafter.

Cancelling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than seven (7) total scheduled cleanings, without prior approval of Kadiddlehopper Services, LLC, will be deemed a material breach and allow Kadiddlehopper Services, LLC to cancel the contract and/or pricing agreement or to seek legal remedies.

In the event that Kadiddlehopper Services, LLC needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours’ notice will be given to Customer.

If Kadiddlehopper Services, LLCfails to give 24-hour notice Customerwill be offered one free cleaning.
